Is there any name suggestion without altering completely so that I can get some success in career. My actual name was [name removed], but after 10th, by mistake of west bengal board KUMAR get added.

Answer: (Responses to questions rely on the accuracy of the name and birth date provided with the question. Typographical errors or incomplete information can result in an incorrect response.)

Yes, it could interfere with a person's focus to feel the essence of one name but actually have another – especially if there are incompatible numbers in the same numerological chart positions of the two names. It's a reason why some name changes don't work.

The three major numbers of the two names are different from each other.

The heart's desire number

The heart's desire number was 4 with the birth name and is now 8 with the new name. These happen to have similar vibrations. They are compatible.

The essence of the number 4 includes conscientiousness and pragmatism. The essence of the number 8 includes realism and efficiency. The two numbers resonate well together.

The destiny number

The destiny number of the previous and new names are somewhat compatible.

The essence of the previous destiny number 9 includes compassion and idealism. The essence of the new destiny number 1 includes exploration and independence. Although their resonance differs, they are somewhat compatible because they don't get in each other's way.

The personality number

The personality number of the previous and the new names, however, are incompatible.

The personality number states how you are likely to be perceived by others when they first meet you. With an incompatibility, the perception may be one of confusion.

Once you decide which name to embrace, the confusion perception is likely to leave and you're more likely to be seen as the person you are.

The essence of the previous personality number 5 includes adventure and expression of personal freedom. The essence of the new personality number 2 includes teamwork and coexistence. Those two numbers conflict because the 5 won't be constrained by relationships and the 2 requires relationships.

How to Resolve the Conflict

Generally, the name given at birth has a reason related to life purpose. Which is why I rarely recommend a name change.

In your case, the name change was inadvertent. If I understand the essence of your question correctly, the name change happened through no design of your own.

Perhaps the cosmos had a reason for the name change to happen. Or perhaps it was simply a mistake on someone's part.

The way to resolve the conflict is to decide which name best represents who you are and what you want to accomplish. Then live that name and that name only. Make your decisions and pursue your activities like a person with that name would operate.

To help make the decision, use the career tool with both of the names and determine which lists the suggestions you prefer the most.

Also get numerology readings here and locally with a competent numerologist you trust. Get the readings for both names and see which reading feels better for you.

Then, assume the name you prefer and live life as that name.

If the name you prefer is your birth name, you may change the name officially back to what it was. This may be required to comply with various business and governmental programs or functions.

However, officially changing a name is unnecessary to receive the personal benefits of the name.

What is necessary is your assumption of the name as your own, as the person you are – living the name, doing the things a person with the name you have would do. Answer only to the new name. Gently correct those who use a different name to address you, and answer only to the new name.
