There Is Always an 11 in the Minutes Spot

It simply means that whenever you see the time at 11 minutes after the hour you remember seeing it.

This is why you remember seeing it: Your mind wonders why you're seeing it so often, even when you're not consciously aware of it, and so whenever you see it the number is recognized and you remember seeing it.

It's like mental attraction. You see other times, too, but don't remember seeing those. It's only the 11 you remember, and it's remembered because there's something associated with the 11 that's not associated with the other times.

The more you wonder what it means, the more you remember seeing it.
