Question:
Every time I check the time it is something 11! At least two or three times a day and 11 pops up a lot in birthdates etc. What does this mean??

It means you're noticing all or most of the 11's in your environment, or at least more than expected.
There are a lot of numbers in the environment. Some people notice certain ones more than they notice others.
When the subconscious is attuned to a certain number, the person is likely to notice that number often.
The subconscious becomes attuned to it by the person being curious about the number. Thereafter (until the mystery is solved or something else takes precedence), the subconscious tends to direct the conscious attention to things that may help solve the mystery — which includes directing attention to the number itself when it's present in the environment.
