Seeing 1:06 and 10:06 Daily for Years
Question:
I have seen 1:06 and 10:06 almost daily for several years. It was after a long marriage ended, our anniversary was 10/06/00. A year or so after the split I started seeing it so much my friends got freaked out. Years later I still see at least one if not 2-3x daily. Thank you very much for any information you can share with me.

When a number has special meaning or emotional significance for a person, that number is seen more often than other numbers.
That's almost right.
What really happens is that the number is remembered as having been seen.
A person sees lots and lots of number during the course of a day. When a number is seen that has special meaning or emotional significance, then that number is given extra attention at the time of seeing it.
That extra attention makes it more likely that the fact that the number was seen is remembered.
Other numbers are not remembered, which makes it seem as only the remembered numbers were seen.
