Keep Seeing the Number 23 the Last Few Weeks

For the last few weeks I keep seeing the number 23, mostly when I look at the clock. Last night I kept waking up every hour at 23 after. I feel like this number is trying to tell me something. I have been thinking about a life change, moving and finally pursuing my dreams which are art related. I currently work in the hospitality industry as a bartender, but have always wanted to pursue my dream of acting and or singing. I used to see this number all the time.when I was contemplating moving and doing the same, but then decided to stay and stopped perusing my goals. I keep looking asking for a sign to go.
