Clock times at least partly composed of repetitive digits happens a lot. Generally, people don't remember seeing them because they don't associate personal meaning or emotional significance with them.
But when a person notices the repetitive digits and starts to wonder about it, then they remember seeing them. It's like the mind is alert for those occurrences. See Why You Start Seeing Certain Numbers Again and Again for a more comprehensive explanation.
Probably there's no special personal meaning other than you are alert to them and remember seeing them.
Your destiny number is also a repetitive-digit number, the master number 11. It's possible that its influence predisposed you to notice and remember it when you see repetitive numbers on the clock (or other places, too).
