Probably what's happening is that your attention is sensitized to recognition of number sequences. It likely happened when you began wondering if there was meaning related to one or several number sequences that at one point you happened to see.

A person sees a lot of numbers during a day. Most aren't remembered. Seeing special numbers, i.e. numbers with personal meaning or emotional significance, generally is remembered more than seeing other numbers.

When the frequency of seeing and remembering a number or sequences of numbers is higher than seems normal, then a person is likely to wonder if it means something. At that moment, the number or sequence gains emotional significance.

When the number or sequence is seen again, the mind remembers it. The more they're remembered, the more emotionally significant they become. Numbers or sequences that seem somehow to be related may also be remembered, in which case they also become emotionally significant.

Use the meaning of any number tool to determine the numerology meaning of the numbers you're seeing. (A number meaning in numerology is actually a description of the energy the number represents.)

The only numbers in the sequences you mentioned that I see in your present numerology chart are the master number 11 as your personality number and the number 12 as your birth month number. I think seeing number sequences as you are is a phenomenon that's not influenced by the energies represented in your numerology chart.
