Catching Certain Numbers

I've been more awake since last year and I've been catching 1:11, 11:11, 3:33, but the numver I've seen the most is 12:34 even tho lately all I've been seeing is 12:43, what can be causing that?

If by catching numbers you mean that you remember seeing them, then you are on the right track. You remember seeing those numbers and don't remember seeing the rest of the numbers you also see as you live life.
The numbers you remember seeing all have what could be deemed interesting digit arrangement. Perhaps that is why you remember seeing them, because they are a bit unusual. Why You See Certain Numbers All the Time has a section about that.
When a number interests you, your mental attention is temporarily focused on that number. It makes the number more likely to be remembered.
