Well, it means those number are around a lot. The more you wonder about why you're noticing them more than other numbers, the more you will notice them.

And that may be the answer. You subconscious will direct your attention to enigmas because it does not like unanswered questions. The more you wonder why you keep noticing those numbers the more you will notice them.

If you let that be the answer, you will still see those numbers. But the frequency will diminish until you see them about as often as they exist in your environment in proportion to other numbers. Some days more and some days less, nothing stays average very long. The point is that when the numbers are no longer an enigma in your mind then they no longer have that special significance to your subconscious and your subconscious will gradually cease drawing your attention to them.
