13:10 Keeps Popping Up

Besides the number 13 and the number 10 representing your birth date (which tends to attract your consciousness to noting those numbers), there's another place in your numerology chart that's significant. It's the pinnacle cycle.

When the number 1310 (13:10 as one number) is reduced to a single digit, the result is the number 5. (1+3+1+0=5) The energies of your first pinnacle cycle, which ended four years ago, and the energies of your current second pinnacle cycle, are both represented by the number 5. With that additional attraction, it's to be expected that you'll occasionally see the numbers 13 and 10, or 13:10. But numerology chart number attraction is unlikely to be sufficient to bring your attention to 13:10 as often as you describe in your question.
