I have been frequently watching the number 11:11, 1:11, 1:10, 10:1 Like that. And recently I came to know that my birth number also 1 & name number also 1. What does it mean?? Should I take it as easy or anything, something?

Your numerology chart does have many number 1s. It may be a factor in your starting to see the number 1 repetitively.
As you noted, the number 1 is both your life path (birth date) number and your destiny (name) number. Three of your four challenge numbers are also the number 1. And there are more letters in your name with a 1 value than with any other unique number value (the "a" letters).
With that many 1s in your chart, it may sensitize you to occassionally seeing the number and remembering it. But it's unlikely to make you see it as often as you do.
