1:11, 2:22, 3:33, and 4:44 On the Clock

Mostly, it means that you're sensitized to seeing those numbers at the clock. When the numbers are on the clock, your subconscious tries to direct your conscious attention to it.

Wondering about something is one way a person can become sensitized to noticing certain things. Wondering why it was 1:11 on the clock when you looked at it, for example. The wondering provides a compulsion to the subconscious to solve the mystery. Directing your attention to the subjects of the mystery when they're available in your environment is part of that.
