Name Not Chosen By Accident
Question:
What does it mean when you're told that your birth name was not chosen by accident?

It means somebody said that. (Just because somebody said something doesn't necessarily make it true.)
To find out what they meant when they said it, they would need to be asked and they would need to provide a full and honest reply.
The "name not by accident" phrase has been used in advertising. It has also been used by people who assert they believe there is a spiritual attraction to a certain name at the moment a baby is named.
What I am certain of, a personal certainty acquired from experience and observation, is that the numerology energy of a name tends to have a subtle influence on the person with that name. Free will always takes precedence. Yet, often the person's free will aligns with the numerology energy.
Whether or not a person's name was an accident is outside the realm of the numerology I practice. There are no numerology calculations for determining the veracity of speculation.
