By maturity number, I assume you mean the number resulting from adding together the name and birth date numbers, the number that becomes effective at mid-life (year 2028 in your case).

The strength of your life path number is unlikely to be affected. With a life path 8 and a destiny 8, the maturity number 7 will have very little effect on those two positions.

The maturity number will, however, have an effect of its own. It's resonance within the essence of who you are is likely to change your own idea of what is most important in your life.

The numbers 8 in your life path and destiny would then be oriented more toward your changed importance.
