First and Second Names or Only First Name for Readings

Hi, I have a question about the second name, I never use it and I got to know that I have it when I was teenager. If I'd like to get a numerology report do I have to use it? I never liked this name but I think it does not change the fact that I have it:) Many thanks!

For most numerology readings, the most accurate reading is obtained when the chart is calculated with the name as first recorded at birth along with the birth date.
Some types of readings require only the name or only the birth date.
Of those that require the name, most need the birth name. Although some ask for current or nick name and some ask only for the first name. It depends on the type of reading to be calculated.
