Determining and Utilizing Temporal Pinnacle

Traditional Pythagorean numerology calculations can determine four pinnacles in a numerology chart. But not one named "temporal pinnacle". (Perhaps you're using a numerology practice other than Pythagorean.)

The four pinnacles are cycles that happen sequentially.

You are currently in your second pinnacle. Its energies are represented by the number 5.

Your third pinnacle starts when you reach age 39, the same year your personal year number is the number 9 (a good year for finishing things in preparation of a new cycle).
