Correlations Between Chart Numbers and Time of Birth Digits

There is no correlating significance between the personal numerology chart numbers and time of birth within traditional Pythagorean numerology. Pythagorean does calculations with date of birth for the numerology chart, but not with time of birth.

Possibly there is a numerology practice I'm not aware of that does do calculations on time of birth — and also does correlations between it and the personal numerology chart.
