Relocate Southeast of Birth Home
Question:
I want to relocate in a direction southeast of my birth home and only home I've ever known. This is an unlucky direction for me, but, if I relocate there, will my numerology "reset" so that — from my relocation point — southeast of that point is still unlucky but westward of that point is lucky although all of those localities would have been unlucky from my original home?

Unfortunately, a person's numerology chart doesn't reset when a person changes location. And, there are no algorithms I'm aware of that can be used to calculate luckiness or unluckiness of certain directions.
But the resonance of an area can have an effect on a person.
The resonance of an area is determined by getting the name numbers of key area names. The name of a city or town is an example. Also the name of the province or state containing the location.
A person's numerology chart is calculated from the person's birth name and birth date. Get your name numbers from the same calculator linked above and your birth date number from the life path calculation tool.
When you have the location number or numbers, and your name and birth date numbers, you can use the compatible and incompatible numbers chart to see how compatible the location is or is not with your numerology chart.
