You see the numbers because they represent your birthday.
Not everybody repeatedly sees their birthday numbers (that they remember). But when someone sees a number or set of numbers again and again, they almost always are numbers that have personal meaning or emotional significance. Often but not always, it's their birthday numbers they see.
