Karmic debt numbers 16 and 19 were invented sometime after 1931 (Florence Campbell) and before 1965 (Juno Jordan). Since then, the numbers 13 and 14 were also added to the list. (The dates mentioned are the publishing dates of books by those authors, which I used to construct a timeline.)

Because I prefer not to stress the negative and because I don't consider karmic debt numbers to be a valid part of traditional Pythagorean numerology, I've never done a deep study of those numbers from a karmic debt perspective.
