Numerology energy brings tendencies. When things tend to be a certain way, they are more likely to be or become that way than some other way.

Yet, it's only a tendency, not a certainty.

Some tendencies are stronger than others. An example is when the destiny number and the personal year number are identical (as are yours this year).

As an illustration of the concept, let's address the fact that your destiny number and your current personal year number have the number 3 in common. The energy represented by the number 3 is, among other things, creative and social.

It means you tend to feel more creative and more social this year than was the tendency last year or will be next year. The creative expression and social interaction tendencies will still be with you for your entire life because 3 is your destiny number. But this year, because your personal year is also the number 3, the tendency is stronger.

The numbers of a personal numerology chart are static and cyclic. Static numbers are those that don't change, mostly calculated from the name. There is also a birth date number (the life path) number that doesn't change. But virtually all other chart numbers that are calculated from the birth date are cyclic — the number changes every so often.

One cyclic number has already been mentioned, the personal year number, which changes every year.

There are also shorter period numbers, the personal month number and the personal day number.
