It depends on what you have in mind when you use the word "lucky."

There are many possible meanings. Perhaps you're referring to just a general concept of lucky. But my thought is you might mean something specific; and I don't know what that is.

Here are examples to illustrate the wide possibilities of the concept of "lucky". Note, these are only examples, not an indication of actuality.

• A tight market in the region, or a scarcity of available flats within a desirable building, would make a person lucky to purchase the flat. But you probably would know already if you had that kind of luck and wouldn't be asking a numerologist.

• Treasure finding, such as finding a stash of gold coins under a floorboard, generally would be considered lucky. This kind of luck is outside the scope of numerology calculations. Perhaps a psychic could help with that.

• It might be lucky that you have or will have certain neighbors who like you and you are comfortable associating with. To calculate for this kind of luck, the numerologist would need the names and birth dates of the neighbors to help determine compatibility. But you could do that yourself with the general compatibility calculator.

• The energy the flat number — or the building number or it's street address — might resonate well with certain aspects of your numerology chart, in which case it might be considered lucky. That type of compatibility is what I'll talk about here.

The flat number 404, which reduces to the number 8 (4+0+4=8), resonates with your life path number 8. As such, the flat number is compatible with the energy representing the events and circumstances you're likely to experience repeatedly or consistently as you live life. Such resonance can be deemed lucky, or at least suitable.
