Bad Phase After Apartment Purchase

I bought an apartment last year in August. Two days after the registration, I had a bike accident and fractured my leg. Things have not been very bright / good post that, even at work and financially as well. Health-wise also there have been issues. I want to know if this is because of the house or is it something else (bad phase). If it is for the house then is there any remedy to avoid or counter this?
