'Starting' and 'Ending' Personal Year Numbers

Question:
Partner: [birth date and name removed]. I started dating this wonderful man. I am in a year 1, but he is in a year 9. Can this still work as I know it is not great to start new things in a year 9.

Answer: (Responses to questions rely on the accuracy of the name and birth date provided with the question. Typographical errors or incomplete information can result in an incorrect response.)

A 9 personal year is a wonderful time to start new things. Although the number 9 is often associated with ending things, realize that nothing can be ended unless something else is started. In his case, the time period of not having you as his partner has ended and the time period of having you as his partner has begun.

Similarly with the personal year number 1. Some people associate that number with starting things. As with 9, something ends as another starts.

That one of your personal year numbers is the number 1 and the other's is the number 9 is fortuitous, not calamitous.

Relationships work because everybody involved in the relationship makes it work — regardless what the numbers in their numerology charts are.

That's not to say chart numbers aren't important. They certainly are. But some are more important than others.

The most important of all is not a chart number, but your free will.
