I assume you are referring to a pinnacle period and that panacle was a typographical slip.

You are always in a pinnacle period. There are four pinnacle cycles during the course of a normal lifetime. Pinnacle cycles from one to the next. The first pinnacle cycle starts at birth. The last one ends at death.

Currently, you are in your third pinnacle cycle. At age 46 you'll begin your fourth one.

You'll need to determine for yourself what to do to prosper, considering your experience, education, and circumstances.
