Careers can be a long-term, sustained commitment or they can be stepping stones to better or different careers.

In my opinion, there are a number of things to consider (the order of this list doesn't relate to importance).

• What do you want to do? What is it that makes you feel good, like you're accomplishing something important to you?

  Write those on a list.

• What careers are likely to be in demand in your geographical area for people with your education when you complete the University studies?

  Put those on a separate list.

• What careers does the career suggestions tool suggest for you?

  Put those on another list.

Those three lists may help you determine what's quite likely to be the best career for you.
