Perhaps you're using a numerology practice other than Pythagorean. My calculations don't find an 8 for your name or birth date numbers.
In Pythagorean numerology, the number 8 is an excellent business number. A for-profit business name with an 8 in one of the major name numbers is good to have.
For a restaurant name, the number 2 or 6 can be good as one of the major name numbers. If the restaurant will be presenting a family or home atmosphere, then the number 6. If a romantic atmosphere, then the number 2. (If the restaurant will cater to students, then the number 7 is good.)
