Pythagorean numerology, which I practice, does not have a chart that indicates when people can or can not do certain things.
When you find a house for sale that is affordable and seems to be what you want, you may use the Street Address and Residence Number calculator to see if the numerology energies within that house are acceptable for living in it.
Street and residence numbers are much less important than a person's numerology chart. But they can have an effect while a person is within the area of the address or house.
