Name Change Can Change Power Number

As always, a name change is unlikely to be fully effective immediately. After the name is lived and used and becomes a part of the person as much as the birth name was, then the new name is almost fully effective. The new name will never be 100% fully effective because the birth destiny number always has at least some influence — it will never entirely go away.
