My thought is you are asking about compatibility of the name numbers with the birth date.
The Birth Date Compatible Baby Name Calculator calculates certain values, from highly compatible to highly incompatible. When you use the calculator with the name and birth date you provided with your question, you'll see the result is "Somewhat incompatible." That is more compatible than a highly incompatible result would be.
Your concept of what is good I'm thinking doesn't apply to "somewhat incompatible". However, what is and is not good is subjective and only you can make that determination.
