How to Make New Name Effective

Hi, there, I wanted to ask how to use new adopted name. Chaldean numerologists suggest to write new name for specific time period but I changed my name according to Pythagorean numerology and I'm not sure how to use it or how many times I should write it? What your advice??

The effectiveness of the new name has more to do with acceptance and identification than it does mechanical actions such as writing of the new name a certain number of times.
The less you identify yourself as the old name and the more you identify yourself as the new name, the more influence the new name has. The name you believe and assume yourself to be is the name that has the most influence.
The more you live life as the new person, the more you are the new person.
Some people find it relatively easy to assume the new identity and do so quickly. Others may require several years to fully accept and believe themselves to be the new person.
It really comes down to that: The amount of influence the new name has is proportionate to how much you identify yourself as the new name.
