Always "Sree" and not "Sri"
Question:
In numerology they say that when we name a child with "sri", it should always be "SREE" and not " SRI". Is that true?
Answer: (Responses to questions rely on the accuracy of the name and birth date provided with the question. Typographical errors or incomplete information can result in an incorrect response.)
Not necessarily.
There are at two different kinds of major numerology practices, Chaldean and Pythagorean. Different numerologists interpret things differently, especially in Pythagorean numerology, which is where my specialty is.
I think there are very few, if any, professional numerologists who use the word "always" when recommending certain name spellings based entirely on numerological interpretations.
However, there may be non-numerological reasons for the specific spelling. Regional preferences or societal expectations, perhaps. Or tradition.
With Pythagorean numerology, the first letter is the name's cornerstone letter. The letter "S" as a cornerstone represents ambition and charisma and tends to be passionate.
The first vowel of a name is the open heart letter. The open heart letter "E" desires freedom and adventure and thrives on excitement. The open heart letter "I" is a humanitarian with concern about the well-being of others.
Both of the open heart letters "E" and "I" resonate well with the cornerstone "S."
