A Good, Balanced Name

There are several types of balance that can be considered.

One is changing the letters of a name so the numerical values of the letters are somewhat balanced. For such a name, with the name having two letters having the value 1, it would be desirable to also have two letters with the value 2, and two letters with the value 3. And so on.
