Lucky Flat Number

I have booked a flat with number B-301. I want to know if this number is lucky for me and that flat will give good results to me.

There's a difference whether or not the letter "B" is part of the flat number. If it's the B building and the flat number is 301, then "301" would be calculated. If the letter "B" is always part of the flat number, then "B-301" would be calculated.
