Why I Keep Seeing 9:11 and 4:20
Question:
I'm just wondering why I keep seeing the time's 9:11 and 4:20 on the clock when I look at it. I do not focus on this or think about it and it still happens and I also have street lights seem to shut off as I drive by them quite often or they come on and this is in black of night. Might be nothing but just wondering thanks!

The wondering can make seeing the numbers happen more often. Regarding the street lights, I wouldn't know how to determine meaning for that.
When a person sees something and wonders if it contains meaning, the subconscious is compelled to find the answer. One way it tries to do that is by nudging the conscious attention to the thing being wondered about whenever it's available in the environment.
There might or might not be personal meaning in your seeing those numbers. It isn't something I know how to calculate with numerology.
But I can talk about the meanings of the numbers themselves. (Neither 911 or 420 are in your numerology chart.)
The number 911 can be likened to cooperating as a team member for benefiting mankind, with a willingness to go it alone if that's what it takes.
The number 420 is more home, family, and community oriented. It's very much focused on long-term security.
