Seeing Number 69 Way Too Often

I feel like I have been seeing number 69 way too often for the past 3-4 months. From my battery percentage to the icon of a website that had nothing to do with 69. I try to tell myself it's just a coincidence, but is it?

What happens during the day is that you see many numbers.
Sometimes, as in your case for the number 69, a person always remembers it when a certain number is seen. There is something about the number that gets the person's attention and may even lead them to think about it. Because of that attention, they remember seeing the number while they don't remember seeing all the other numbers they see during the day.
Because it is the only number the person remembers seeing, it seems to the person that it is the only number being seen.
