Seeing Ex's Birthday Numbers

Hello. My question is? My girlfriend cheated on me, we broke up and got back together six months later. We was living together during breakup process, I moved out then moved back in. Since then, which has been over a year now, I still keep seeing her ex's birthday, daily sometimes 2-4 times a day, 9/23 or just 23. I see it online, clocks, cash registers omg its ridiculous.
