Seeing Certain Numbers for the Past Two Weeks

When you see those times, you remember seeing them. They grab your attention because they are composed of duplicate or sequential digits.

When they grab your attention, you are more likely to remember seeing the time.

There are two other reasons that people make a mental note of it when they see certain times. They are (1) when the time has special meaning for them (such as a birth day) and (2) when the time has an emotional significance (such as the time of meeting a special friend).

Further, when a person wonders why they are seeing certain numbers, there is additional emotional significance attached. Then, they see the number more often because they give it even more mental attention whenever the number is in their environment to be seen.
