Always Wake Up at 3:33 AM

Let's look at potential physical reasons before the esoteric.

Perhaps a rumbling delivery truck goes by your house at 3:33 in the morning. Or an on-schedule train whistles in the distance. Or a neighbor's alarm clock or clock radio goes off at that time. Such things can be looked for to see if you'll find a plausible reason for you to wake up at that time.

It might also be a developed habit — 3:33 rolls around and your subconscious wakes you up.
