Determine whether or not something in your environment is waking you up at that time. Perhaps a neighbor getting home from working a late shift. Or someone's alarm clock. Or a scheduled bus driving by at that time every night.

If nothing in your environment is waking you up at that time, then it might have a special meaning for you.
