Why does maturity number takes time to have its full effect on our life? How can we feel its effect much earlier?

The maturity number has other names. At this website, we refer to that numerology chart position as the power number.
The timing of when the power number strengthens enough to have a significant effect on a person's life has been determined by observation.
But observation only answers "what" or "how", not "why". And I'm unable to specifically answer the why.
With your destiny number and your life path number both being the number 7, I can well understand your desire to know the why of things. Perhaps you will sometime determine why.
