For most of our free online readings, the ones that ask for your full name or your name, use your full name, the name as first officially recorded at birth. The recording would generally be your birth certificate.
Some of the readings will ask for only the first name, only the family or surname, or a specific type of name. For those, provide the information as asked. Otherwise, provide your full name for name fields.
