Name to Use for Name Number Calculations

Question:
When finding my 'name number' should I use my birth name or the name I have now, and should you use your middle name as well?

Answer: (Responses to questions rely on the accuracy of the name and birth date provided with the question. Typographical errors or incomplete information can result in an incorrect response.)

The three major numerology name numbers are best calculated using the entire name as first officially recorded at birth. That would include any middle name or names and the family/last name.

There are exceptions. A name change soon after birth, for example. Or obtaining a reading specifically for a new name.

But even with an exception, the energies represented by the entire first officially recorded name will still be present to some degree in a person's life.

Unless the numerologist says otherwise for the specific reading you're getting, use your full name as first officially recorded. Generally, that would be the name on your birth certificate.
