I understand it can be confusing.
Perhaps some of the confusion is from the false premise that there is only one number to use. Instead, there are several numbers that have high importance in a person's life.
The number 7 is both your destiny number and your life path number. Those are the two most important numbers in your numerology chart. If you must have only one number to use, 7 is the most likely candidate.
