Four Matching Numbers

Question:
As you can see, I have four matching numbers between three of my core numbers. My expression number is a double digit master number. This expression number is made of the number that my single digit soul urge and personality is made of. Four matching numbers between three of my core numbers. What gives? That seems weird to me; then again, I'm doing things none of my family or friends are doing, and they all think I'm weird (we all still have loving relationships). So, I guess it suits me. Can you provide any insight, please? Thanking you.

Answer: (Responses to questions rely on the accuracy of the name and birth date provided with the question. Typographical errors or incomplete information can result in an incorrect response.)

Congratulations on doing things according to your determination rather than by how you think others would want you to do them.

With "expression" number, I think you're referring to the birth date number. Different numerologists have different names for certain numerology chart positions. At our Affinity Numerology websites, it's referred to as the life path.

The numbers come out the way they do because you were born when you were and your name is what it is. Those numbers reveal tendencies and likelihoods. There's no compulsion embedded in numerology results.

Calculations to determine whether or not the life path is a master number requires 4 steps. You didn't provide permission to publish your birth date, so I'll just write out the steps. I think they're clear enough so you can make your own example.

  1. The day is reduced to a single digit unless the day is 11 or 22, in which case the number isn't reduced.

  2. The month number is reduced to a single digit unless the month is November, in which case the month number is 11.

  3. The year is reduced to a single digit unless, during the reduction process, the result is 33, 22, or 11, in which case the year is reduced no further.

  4. The results of the first 3 steps are added together to determine the life path number. That number is reduced to a single digit unless the reduction process brings a 33, 22, or 11 result.

When the first three steps are done with your birth date, their results are 4, 9, and 7. Those added together and reduced bring this sequence:

4+9+7=20; 2+0=2

Thus, your life path is the number 2.

Adding all the digits of the date of birth straight across can at times result in what appears to be a master number, as in your case. But it isn't the master number generally used by numerologists for interpretations.

I get different results than you did when I calculate the three major positions for your name. Perhaps there was a mis-typed letter when the name was typed into the form.

These are the results I get:

  1. Heart's desire (from the name vowels), sometimes referred to as souls urge, calculates to the number 1.

  2. Personality (from the name consonants) calculates to the number 5.

  3. Destiny (from all name letters) calculates to the number 6.

It's a good chart you have.

I wish you the best.
