New Name With Soul Number 5

For the given details of my son, I'm looking for a name change according to numerology. But I found the name has to be the same as soul number which is 5 but I'm not clear whether for numerology calculation should I include the initial or not? I have selected a new name as Saurab V but it doesn't have soul number 5, so could you suggest any?
