There are many, many things to consider before suggesting suitable baby names. They include

• What names are acceptable and what names are unacceptable in the society where the child will be raised.

• What the child will want to be when he or she grows up (do you know with certainty? I don't.)

• Traditional or ancestral or family names that should be considered.

There are more. Those are sufficient to illustrate the fact I am not qualified to suggest a suitable name determined from only the child's birth date.
