Hi for the full name at birth do we consider the name at baptism or just the name we use?

For numerology readings that ask for the full name at birth, use the name as it was first officially recorded. If the first official recording of the baby's name is at baptism, then that is the name to use.
If the first official recording of the baby's name does not include the family name (sometimes referred to as the "last name"), then append the family name to the officially recorded name for numerology readings that ask for the birth name.
