What does this number mean?

Very often I look at my watch and it's a two, three or four indentical digit number such as 3:33, 12:12, 11:11. It also happens in other contexts but mostly with time. What is the Universe trying to tell me?! :)

With numerology, I must work with specific numbers. These incidents seem to present identical numbers, but the numbers themselves might be any particular digit.
To me, this means it's not the numbers that are the message, but the presentation of the idea of consistency or repetitiveness.
Your name tells me your heart's desire is to be in control, to direct large projects that require the effort of many people. Yet, you enjoy independence (although that might become a bit of a challenge starting in 2007) and your life path indicates there will be changes, meeting different people and experiencing different cultures, all sorts of new experiences.
This may be one of the new experiences, the psychic stimulation of the enigma of the incidents. And that may be all it is, an incident designed to stimulate.
Note that focusing on the incidents as a problem that must be solved could cause a mental fixation in such a way that you notice the repitition of numbers even more — and possibly beyond the need for them.
It's hard to ignore something when the mind spontaneously notices patterns. Probably it would help if you could acknowledge yourself, or at least that part of yourself that brings your attention to the incidents, and make a silent statement similar to, "Mm, another one. Good! At least we know the Universe is consistent." and let the incident be what it is; then go on with life.
