What does this number mean?

Now, my query for your consideration is,
Why I am seeing '4' in all the place mainly in clock. Every time I see the clock it ends with '4'. For example 7.04 the next will be 7.14 continued....and also sure i see 11:11 everyday!!! This really distrub me to know wether it for Good or ---?. Can you please help to find a answer to this. Thanks in advance.
